Elk installer / servicer outside Philly?

Like many on the board, I installed my own Elk system and use Next Alarm. We just sold our house and close in two weeks. The new owners may want someone to wire new zones, maintain the system, etc. Is there anyone on the board who provides this for the western Philly suburbs? If you have Insteon experience that's also a plus as I'm leaving my ISY as well. Will restart in the new house with similar system so may also need sensor wiring run there.

Did you ever find someone to work on your previous home? I do quite a bit with Elk and Insteon if you still need to refer someone.
