ELK M1 User Code Not Working

I just finished installling an ELK M1. It was not a problem to setup but, once I armed it, I can't get it disarmed. For some reason the default user code is not working and it's not accepting the installation code that I used for programming either. When I turn it off then back on, it's still armed. Is there a way to reset it? While I was programming I didn't check the user code to confirm the setting. When I armed it, I just hit the EXIT button and didn't enter a code.

Try 3456 as the default factory code.
