Elk Products, Inc. announces a software update for ELKRM Remote Management Software from version 1.2.6 to version 1.2.8.
For a complete software update, you should first delete the SKINS sub directory in side the ELKRM directory on the PC or Touchscreen, which is normally located in the Program Files directory. From inside ELKRM, press the M1 logo, press the COMM SETUP tab, then press the UPDATE button. You must be connected to the Internet for this update to complete.
This upgrade is required for ELKRM's proper synchronization to ELK M1 Software Upgrade version 4.4.2.
All product keys will be maintained after the upgrade.
