I just bought a wireless Keyfob to use with an Elm M1 Gold but it doesn't have the TX ID on it anywhere. I have ElkRP but can't see any way to enroll it without the code. Does anyone know a way?
In the installation manual for the ELK-M1 there are directions to manually enroll the keyfob (or any RF device) through the keypad menu options. I havent done it in about 5 years so I dont remember details. IIRC once you enroll the keyfob and then download into RP you can then configure the buttons in RP.
Its a bit of a pain but you can do it with some patience.
