Examples of LV Wiring Plans?

For prints, generally I get a detail item for termination in addition to a "typical" sheet. Typically per location, it'll look like an inverted triangle with the FPN's to be referenced or a circle with the detail.
 
Speakers and other items are "typicals" and use normal blueprint icons for the device.
 
I'd post a nice large example but I need some time to edit out the customer and architect information from the sheet.

Here utilize Visio today; use though has been ingrained over the years.
 
Historically used it for commercial LV network stuff but one design's Visio drawings were a small part of some up to 100 or more pages of related documentation called a technical work order with three pieces; pre implemenation, implementation and post implementation documents.  This went to ownership of said document and or operational resource document down to the printing (with embedded watermarks of any paper printing if need be on a very expensive printer).
 
Involved in similar stuff for gas and oil construction designs using CAD though and much more documentation management. (using patented designs and infrastructure stuff). 
 
Document management (and security stuff) made it a sort of live document for operation and management sake and using adobe PDF "freezing" of said documentation - got a bit involved.
