exit only delay

I have a door that i'd like to be able to set so there is only an exit/entry delay on exit. In other words upon entry the alarm goes off immediately but when exiting this door I have 30 seconds.

Is this possible?

I wonder if it's possible to define the zone as non burgeler and to do this via rules.

I'm pretty sure you can define it as an instant trigger perimiter zone... have you tried? That should give you the 30-second delay, but instant trigger on entry.

If not, I know an interior zone would work partially - think motion detectors; they don't trigger as you're leaving, but are instant on reentry... but, only in away mode. This is one you just need to test.
