Gefen has introduced the GefenTV Repeater that extends HDMI 1.3 signals up to 100 feet.
The GefenTV Repeater links a pair of 50-foot cables together to create the longer connection.
It can also be combined multiple units deep, or "daisy chained," to extend signals up to 360 feet.
The GefenTV Repeater is HDCP compliant and supports legacy HDMI versions, as well as HDMI 1.3 features such as Deep Color and 8-channel digital audio.
Gefen is currently shipping the adapter.
