Hai Pc acess master code

In PC access, under setup > codes> I have the following on my screen:

The items I have " " around are dim (grey) instead of dark letters and numbers. I can not get my alarms to work anymore, and my
fire alarms show tripped and won't reset. I had miss entered the master code some how and ended up sending the board in to be reset.
There was a note some where that said if you enter 0000 as the pc acess code, it will be disabled. I did this thinking that if it was disabled,
I could not repeat the mistake of entering a wrong code and/or loosing it. I have the code change back to 1111 now, but still have the dim
grey print on the items as described above.
Any ideas?

Try changing the code in the controller from the console through the installer's menu.
Then have the code in PC Access match that code.

Code 01 is always a master code, it is always active, and it cannot be disabled. That's why those items are grayed out. If you assign additional codes, those items will be active.

Do your fire alarms show as tripped on your console, or just in PC Access? If you had to send your board in to have the code reset, the board probably does not have your setup anymore. You need to rewrite the setup from PC Access.
