HAI PCA Update Error

I've noticed in the last few releases (maybe just this past year) that whenever I update PCA I get the following error. I acknowledge the error and continue with the PCA update. I looked at the MS XP3 event application error log and it shows the following. Anyone else seeing this error?

Application Error

EventType clr20r3, P1 pca3d_en.exe, P2 3.6.0.588, P3 27, P4 system.windows.forms, P5 2.0.0.0, P6 4889dee7, P7 14d2, P8 23, P9 system.objectdisposedexception, P10 NIL.

It sounds like you may not have the latest .NET updates.

Run Microsoft Update (or Windows Update) choose "Custom". Look at the "Optional" updates for any .NET updates. You may have to do this several times because for example if you have release 3 of a particular module and the current version is 8, the update will usually only tell you that you need 4. After updating to release 4 and checking again it will telly you that you need 5, and so on, one at a time until you finally get to release 8... So keep checking for updates until you get them all.

By the way, we will probably having another PC Access update soon. I can't tell you what's in the update but you will be able to see if this fixes your update problem. If it doesn't fix it please let me know.

Thanks Fred.

Running PCA on three machines which all all up to date/current with MS Updates. (Desktop and Laptop running XPSP3 and a W2003R2 server). I've seen the error on all three when updating PCA.

Will let you know (and take screenshots - should anything out of the ordinary occur) on PCA update.
