Help importing/exporting elk file

I created an account on my computer with all the user settings, keypads and zones along with rules using the elkrp software. I am trying to put this data on a usb drive to give to my installer to download to my M1G. I exported the account to the usb drive and when I import the file to another computer it does not include the zones nor the rules that I created. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this.
