How do you pair a ZigBee load to the panel?

I'm trying to pair a ZigBee switched outlet load to the panel. In Dealer PC Access I selected Units, then selected unit 241 as ZigBee. I selected the Address/Node ID button and click "Enroll" but it comes back instantly and says "ERROR: Device Can Not Be Configured"

Under Access Control, it works fine adding locks, why not loads under units?

Also, where can I get instructions on this? If I search for "ZigBee" in PC Access, it says nothing found.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I just hadn'd downloaded the Unit setup to the panel before pairing.
