How does Axvoice’s voice mail work for home (I'm a spammer)

I am using Axvoice. Being new to Axvoice, I don't know how to customize its voice mail settings. I want to customize my voice mail preferences. I would be
thankful if could get some help on this forum.

So wait, you are telling me you have no affiliation with AxVoice, eventhough your e-mail address (the one you used to sign up here) is listed right on this page?  Or are you saying you have a problem with your product, and your own support staff can't figure it out (but that wouldn't explain the 'being new to AxVoice' part)?
 
I look forward to your answer, spamming on this forum has never worked out for any company.  Now Google is going to index this page, and associate your company with these 'spam comments'.

BTW, for all of those Google searches that wound up reading this thread, you should look at the Ooma Telo system or OBIHai units before paying for a service such as this!
