How to get stereo output from TV to audio distribution unit

I am trying to connect the stereo outputs from my TV to my audio distribution system (Niles ZR6) which is 20' across the room, running cables is not an option.

Trying to find something that is reliable.

There are cheap wireless audio extenders from radio shack and Terk, but they all seem to get terrible reviews for quality especially if there is a 2.4ghz phone or microwave around.

There is the audio over powerlines. . .which I would like to stay away from unless someone has had a really good experience with doing that.

Any ideas. . .or anyone done something similar with good results?

Thanks
Craig

Just don't watch any naughty movies using that setup...woudl be funny if the neighbours were just browing the FM band for radio channels and found it.....

I would like to stay away from transmitting FM because I do not want to use the radio input on the Niles for TV as well. That way different people in the house can still listen to the radio even if someone is watching TV. . .

Anyone had any luck using bluetooth devices like sonys' HWS-BTA2W

It appears if I buy two then I can pair them together up to 30ft apart. It is still in the 2.4Ghz range though. . .

Listed on the page Mike linked:

If you're not completely satisfied with the simple setup and great sound, just return your AW1 wireless adapter in the original packaging in like-new, undamaged condition within 30 days of purchase and we'll give you a full refund of your purchase price.

Ended up ordering one (AW1).

I'll post once its installed to let anyone interested know how well it works.

Depending on how that works, there may be another option if you have phone jacks at both locations.

I use an adapter that puts audio on my phone line. It works well and I have no problems with DSL or the phone.

The problem is it's a Radio Shack unit (also a Terk Leapfrog LF-10) that isn't in production anymore. There are a couple on Ebay.

Just wanted to throw this out there.

Now that I've had a chance to install these little guys, I would highly recommend these AudioEngine W1's as a great alternative to cables. I had absolutely no interference problems from the airport express router 2 feet beneath the AW1 transmitter, nor did I experience any lag in wireless network speeds. Audio was impressively clear and I could not discern between audio transmitted via this device and the same audio over a cable. No noticeable delay in sound. Transmission distance was around 25' from behind a 50" tv to inside an equipment rack.

Needless to say I was overly impressed. I am all about hard wiring when you can, but if you can't, these are worth the money.
