What do folks think of the Vitek VT-PIRB2 PIR-Camera combo?

Is the extra $50 worth it for colour? I noticed that the B&W white also offers higher resolution.
It will be an indoor setup.
My other issue is I only have 2 pairs going to the location... Not cat5. A balun is required, but I don't have enough pairs if I use balun.

PIR trip (relay, wired into 12v supply) will drive a local local relay or transistor closer to panel.
But if I use a balun I need 2 wires (1 pair for balanced video), which only leave 1 pair to power the unit. No room left for PIR on the wire. If I don't use a balun, I'm presuming that my distance will be severely limited before I start losing quality.
Any ideas?
I have thought about driving the camera into a PC and using motion detection software to detect movement. Then feed the motion detection into my HA which would trigger a relay wired into my panel zone. I'm trying to leave my PC out of my security setup. i.e. If my PC fails, no more motion detection!
Thanks
Tim
