Is Convergent Living Out of Business?

It's kind of...umm...I'm not sure. I've been handling support for them for a couple of months and I met with Craig, the owner on Monday. There are a few people interested in buying the source code but I'm not sure where that will go. I've continued to get support emails through the week, though. I can confirm that there is some surplus gear still for sale. How do I know? Because I've been through it all and I picked up a handful of pieces. I also know that there is still some movement on the NEO series touch screens (both with CL's Linux based back end and also XPe). As I know more, I'll report.

Speaking of Nobu, are they still in business? Haven't seen anything new from them in a long time now.

I've installed a Nobu last year and have a video review of it online... the price on it, just for the hardware, makes it difficult to sell. Great device though.

I noticed Nobu still has a website, but also thought they were pricey. I have a list of Nuvo, etc gear if anyone is interested in ex-Convergent goodies. also would entertain anyone who is interested in Protege XPe in-wall screen pricing to replay directly to me as I wish to keep dealer pricing off the web. Fair?
