kodicom dvr 4400 help

Anyone please help.

I recently purchased Kodicom DVR 4400 w/ software Diginet v4.100. I installed the dvr, camera and the software. When i start the software i can't view the camera. Please help me on what to do with this? Maybe i have a problem with the configuration please teach me the right configuration or is it the specs of my pc?

Please be a little more in depth to your problem. Do you get a blue screen where the picture should be?

Try changing your screen color to 32bit, and screen resolution to 1024x768

My dvr is 4 channel, i attached 2 cameras all 4 split screen is blue, there's no image coming from the camera. Please help. Is dvr 4400 compatible to my pc?

I think that KMC4400/KMC8800 cannnot support VIA chipset mainboard.change your mainboard to Intel 845 or above chipset.

Intel Processor
Motherboard with Intel North/South bridge
ATI Video Card DirectX 9 capable
Dedicated hard drive partition for recording video to

just had a thought - if you have a small TV with composite input, test your camera using a BNC->RCA adapter to make sure the camera is transmitting properly and the cable is terminated correctly.
