Lock-in by webset to dead WC?

if I use webset to switch another WC, ist the sender locked if the receiving WC is switched off?

No, the sender board will not be locked in. It gives a few seconds for the receiving board or server to respond. If the other side did not respond, it will be ready for next WEBSET.  At the mean time, other board function still running. Our task scheduler divide the CPU time for different tasks all the time.
