M1_SDK.exe?

First - please let me know if this already exists. I don't want to recreate the wheel here. 
 
I am trying to write a program that will interact with the Elk M1. I am writing a C# library for interfacing with the M1 XEP and communicating via the ASCII protocol.
 
I have it working, but if there is something that exists (I couldn't find anything other than the C# serial interface and the Perl interface) please let me know.
 
If not, can I get access to the M1_SDK.exe for generating test commands and checksums to the Elk M1 for testing?

Thanks - i've been progressing without it just fine, but I was able to download it now.
