Hi all,
Just getting around to asking this question. Normal IP Addresses contain 4 sets of numbers. However on my XEP TCP/IP Settings Tab it only shows the first three sets of numbers. It’s the same in all of the boxes where an IP Address can be entered, i.e., IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, etc... Outside of losing my network connection every couple of days the XEP has worked fine. I’ve recently had to replace my XEP card but this has been this way for years. I recall Brad (Elk) mentioning something about changing my screen resolution, which I tried to no avail… but perhaps that was a solution to another problem/issue.
Any thoughts as to why I’m only seeing three sets of IP Address numbers under the RP M1XEP Setup page, TCP/IP Setting tab?
Thanks,
