Need Suggestions on installing security system

I'm moving pretty soon and will keeping my old place to use as a camp for snowmobiling and boating, hiking etc in summer. I have no system in it currently. In the 25 years I've lived there I've never removed the keys from my vehicles that are parked along the road. Once people realize the place is vacant that will change raqpidly. My house is a single level. Some windows are small and high off the ground requiring the use of a stepladder to access. Others are larger and at ground accessible level. I have 2 outer doors that each go into a parlor of sorts (front and back) and then another door to the inside. I have a detached garage and then a pole barn about 250 feet away with the snowmobiles and boat in it.
I do not plan on heating it or having a phone line connected, and no internet. It will have electric service. Should I go with a hybrid GSM service? will the wireless reach the shed to monitor it with out false alarms? Should i use sensors on the doors and windows in the house as well as occupancy sensors in the easliy accessible rooms? I'm open for any and all suggestions. I had been looking at something along the lines of this  http://www.geoarm.com/pc1616-dsc-powerseries-cellular-hybrid-security-system.html
Again I'm open to suggestions. I need something reliable and something that I won't have to spend a lot of time explaining to family how to operate or program it.

TIA

Hi Todster,

That's a very good idea to make use of video surveillance system in order to secure your place. It is very much helpful in providing the alert that you need in case of the presence of potential intruders and for this, you will get a peaceful mind.

I am using Alarmforce for about three years. It is working well till now and is very user friendly. With this we are able to check on the property using my Smartphone to see who is coming in over the weekend. The home alarm camera also takes still images whenever movement occurs so we are able to look back over the weekend to see if there has been any unauthorized use of our premises.

This Ryan Hall guy is a spammer for their own product, which they believe they're going to sell by spamming forums.

If I were to offer a product, it'd be of a lot better quality like Videofied, before this stuff.
