Network Timer Temperature Humidity I/o

HI all
I am bilding a cheese cave
and i am using Web/ Network Enabled Temperature Humidity I/o from Amazon
can you recommend me witch humidity sensor HIH 4000-002 or 4000-003, 4000-004.
and can you recommend a relay for 12v i am going to us a pc power supply.
and i want the sensors to beconnected to 2 f wire i think i can use a pc fan wire

For WebControl board, you can use Maxim DS18B20 sensors and Honeywell HIH-4000 sensors. They are sold in many places, like digikey or Newark. Please make sure the temp sensor is not parasite part. You can find a lot of relay boards on eBay, like this one:
