Just signing on here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and in the late stages on negotiation on my first house (been a renter for 15+ years). Excited but also a little nervous - been looking around the web for info on things like wiring, which brought me here. I have a detailed question, which I'll save for when I am allowed to post a new topic on the main boards (posting it here seems a little odd). Looking forward to what I can learn here.
