OP2 and Xantech MR88

Quick question for one of the HAI reps. I've connected a Xantech MR88 to the OP2. According to the HAI website I should get status and control of Power, Volume, Source, Bass, Treble, Balance, Mute, etc. In reality, I can only see/control Power, Volume, Mute and Source but no Bass, Treble or Balance.

Is this a "stupid user error" or does the HAI/Xantech programming really not allow this? If not, who would I see about adding this functionality: HAI or Xantech?

It is not possible to adjust the MR88 bass, treble, and balance through HAI programming. This is something that would have to be added to the HAI controller firmware and user interfaces, and I don't see this happening right now.
