PC access for Omnipro 2

We have the dealer software to enable PC access to the OP2, and have seemingly established the link.Unfortunately, we are unable to actually command the OP2 via PC. Also, when we enter commands through the keypad, they don't show up on the PC.Any ideas?

PC Access doesn't perform most functions real-time.  To get panel settings seen by PCAccess, you have to upload the settings or program to PCAccess. To get data set in PCAccess, to the panel you have to go the other way and download to the panel.

For testing purposes, the "Status/Control" tab in PC Access shows updates in real time and lets you individually control functions.  No need to upload.
