Phase Coupler, URD Signal Test

I've installed a Phase Coupler at the panel and noticed a Signal@PIM drop in all 12 devices from the mid 80's to the high 50's. Also the same observation made at the Signal@Device. Is this a problem?

Also, I have a couple of SAI - URD30W firmware v1.02 which are very low Signal@PIM and @Device compare to firmware v1.10. Some times v1.02 sporadically looses connectivity. Is the firmware a problem or is it my imagination?

What is a "very low" signal? UPB works well with any signal above 9 on the 1-100 scale.

Nice to hear from you. "Very low" meaning in the low 30's. It sounds like the sporadic connectivity I experienced may have been caused by something else. I did speak with SA and they are replacing the v1.02. In the mean time I purchased two more URD30W thinking I was getting the latest version 1.10 but ended up with again v1.02. I’m reluctant to try v1.02 but from your description they should work fine.

What brand of phase coupler? I tried an SA (inverting) and a HAI. The SA made things worse, the HAI much better.
