PLEASE!!! Help Me with Diginet Center!!!!

Hi, The problem is the following (forgime if something is not clear, English is not my native languaje)
I`ve set up a DVR System with a Kodicom Card and the DIGINET Software, Conected to Internet with a DSL Conection and a Linksys Router, I Also Set up a Dyn DNS acount to verify remotely the ip Conection, to remote access, I`ve made Port Foward in the Router Setup, open The Ports 8080 to 8090, and 80, 3001 to 3005, I can make a PING to the DynDNS acount form outside and It answer good, but If I try to conect to de DVR with Internet Explorer and error message said "networ Fail" I DONT KNOW WHY????, The other posibility is to conect via Diginet Center client, but when y try to conect another error message said: " INCORRECT PRIVATE NO vs SITE CODE. DESCONECTION" I also try to made a VPN with a software called HAMACHI, But the problems are the same. Thank you for oyur cooperation and help.

I know CCTVforums doesn't support Warez. Does cocoontech have an "official" policy?

Sorry, I dont Undertsand, First: What is Warez??? and Second ¿What are you talking about? Becasuse the two replying I´ve read had nothing to be with the problem I Present. Thanks Again.

Sorry... Warez -- "illegally downloaded/hacked software."

Kodicom doesn't sell DVR cards, they only sell DVRs. If you have a DVR card that you bought (probably on ebay), you are not licensed to use the Kodicom software. You can legitimately run a lot of other software, just not Kodicom's.

Kodicom doesn't sell DVR cards, they only sell DVRs. If you have a DVR card that you bought (probably on ebay), you are not licensed to use the Kodicom software. You can legitimately run a lot of other software, just not Kodicom's.

Thank you for the information, but: First, I do NOT have a Kodicom Software, The Software is DIGINET, as I`ve Described in my first post, Second: I Can`t Buy Articles on e-bay because I Do not Live in US. Or Canada. Third: The Card I`ve Bought is 100% Legal, with invoice, the model of the card is SDVR - 404 A, I don´t Know exactly the the Trade Mark of the card, But I made reference to Kodicom because of all the information I`ve read in diferent forums and the behaibor of my DVR system was similar to others that refer to Kodicom. Four: I`ve Solved my problem. Thanks Again.

I for one would like to hear what the FIX was.

For those posters commenting that xyz mfg only sells their cards as part of a system.. There are situations in which a "card" from a prebult system may come up for sale.


A) System dies=too expensive to fix, sell off components- in this case the dvr capture card(s)
System is upgraded, New card is purchased- replacement card is bundled with it's own software package.
C) Business is dissolved, owner needs cash, etc.
D) Divorce...., etc. I've known cases in which you come home.... and all your "stuff" is "gone"...

most of all you must have same configuration your diginet server and the diginet center.

first you must configured you diginet server, the site code, site name, ip add, password

sample:

diginet server conf.

site code: 100-001
site name: diginet
ip add: 192.168.x.xxx or from your hamachi network 5.xxx.xx.xxx
password: xxxx
confirm: xxxx

then diginet center conf. it is almost the same from diginet server.

try it........... it will work.
