Problem with motion sensors

Heres what I have and want to do.
I bought (3) X-10 indoor occupancy sensors

I also have a 2-way wireless transceiver

These are the light switches I have

My HA software is HAL2000

What I want to do is set these motion sensors in various rooms. When someone walks into the room I want the lights to turn on automatically, then turn off (x) minutes after they leave.
The problem I am having is that I can't get the occupancy sensors to turn the lights on. I have tried different outlets (on different circuits) for the transceiver and different rooms with various addresses and switch type. I have also placed the sensor as close as a foot to the transceiver. I know the transceiver is receiving the signal because when I set the occupancy sensor to the address of the transceiver it can control the on/off function of the transceiver. I have also used a second transceiver I have to try to get this to work.
Any help or comments would be appreciated.

Do you have a phase coupler in your breaker box?

Another test you might want to do is have the motion sensor turn on a lamp module and have the lamp module plugged in near the RR501. This way you could try using this in another room just in case you have something in one room sucking your signal (such as a TV, Computer, etc...)

Do you have a "good" outlet location that maybe a CM11a or something that you are using now that is reliable (can control items in other rooms, etc...)? If so try plugging the RR501 in that outlet and just use a palmpad or manually press your motion sensors and see what happens.

How exactly are you programming your motion sensors? Can you just use a palmpad remote instead of the motion sensors (try to get your system to the very basics, then add one item at a time)?

Also, can you check a computer log via Homeseer or ???? to try to see what signals are getting into the power line via the RR501?

D'OH

I had put working on this problem on the back burner for the past week or so because I have been too busy at work\working around the house.

It just hit me...I had the transceivers on a different house code than the devices. Good thing I have a decade or so of professional experience with electronics and computer systems or I could have made a really stupid mistake. ;)
I shall crawl home in shame tonight and ‘fix’ my problems.
Thanks BSR for your help but it seems the problem was a loose nut behind the terminal.
