Problem with upstart reading/programming device

I am having trouble with the Upstart programing switches. I have not used the software for about a year downloaded the new version 5.1 build 56. I have my old file i can open in the program. I can control switched directly with the program lights on/off/blink but I can not make any changes. It is giving me all kind of errors. The first error is when I open a switch or any thing on the home it is saying the device has not been verified. No biggy I think it is stemming from the problem with the PIM during programing or reading. It Test for the PIM (ok) test for noise at PIM (ok) test for noise level at device. (failed) below is the error I am getting. I also tried to connect from another computer the original that set up the house a year ago and it is having the same problem.

I am hoping this is a simple fix maybe I just don't have the house code right. I am not really sure what is going on. I want to play with the links for the switches so I need upstart to work to change them around. I have been using the HAI controller for the past year to run everything and it has been flawless. I just keep scratching my head on this one though.

Thanks for you help.

Ok. scratch my head and do a cartwheel. It all of sudden start to work this morning. I did nothing different just waited 12 hours. So thanks for viewing peoples.

You may have an noise source that comes and goes. You may want to do extended monitoring to see if that is the case.

I had a CFL light that caused huge noise problems when on.
With it off I could talk to all the switches no problem.
When the light was on it caused so much noise that I couldn;t talk to about 10 switches in its vicinity.
Swapped the bulb and now every thing works fine.
