Again, great wealth of information and thanks for sharing here. I know we got a bit off topic, but it all leads back to my old PC question and really impacts my wiring prep. This has really improved my understanding of how all the different parts of my future system will come together, with or without my old PC! Love the links - learning more every day. Thanks again.

I don't have any 5.25" floppies left... but I do have a 3.5" to USB floppy still laying around!  I did use it for the first time in years about 2 years ago to help out a shop that hasn't updated their technology in 20 years.
