Haiku Release something, please!

Lumpinglade - any chance of sharing a release timeline?  There has to be some sort of happy medium with a functional release and a full blown one.  At least share some of the UX so we can give some helpful feedback to prevent what happened last time.
 
Please don't give up on us - you make a great product, the UI just fell way short.  We keep getting the brush off that something new is coming, but at least tease us!

Please release a beta even or something. If it's money to keep the old going or develop the new, there are ways.
