Remote Access-M1Gold

getting the iPhone version up and running outside the home is much easier - it doesn't require as many ports open; only a single port for the secure port (default 2601). Don't be afraid to invest - I can pretty safely gurantee we can help you get the port opened correctly; and in the mean time, it's pretty cool around the house too.

Which version of the app would you go with low mid or high?

Well, when I bought it, eKeypad M1 was the only option available (eKeyPad+ at the time) - I was definitely one of the very first people to buy it and haven't regretted it for a second. I'd say definitely get the M1 version unless you need to control multiple panels or want the Video. I don't see the point in the basic version unless you have absolutely no automation set up.

Jayson seems to be a good guy - he fixes issues quickly; releases new versions fairly often, and seems to be constantly improving the app. He's working directly with Elk so it's a nicely coupled app. It's very stable and controls everything I need to control.
