Premise Rob Brub's ScriptTools access problem

When I try to download the ScriptTools from the following URL, I get "Too many redirects"

Can someone fix the page or provide an alternative way to download the scipttools
 
I am also looking for the SYSTools download. It is listed as the prerequisite for SpeechCommander, but I can't find it anywhere.

Thank you! Just found it! What about SYSTools? Is it part of Premise or something that needs to be downloaded and installed separately?

PS:  If you get voice recognition working, please let us know!  I'm wondering if you will run into issues if you are using an XP SP3 or newer version of windows?
