Wondering if anyone else has used one of these units? We did a Loft buildout in a commercial building in downtown Nashville 6 years ago and used this unit to address the 3 phase power. It has worked very well until just recently when for some reason it seems to lose connection to Phase C. Nothing in the wiring or panel has changed............Also noticed that I was unable to use the reset button press sequence 5-10-2 on the unit. To be honest, I don't remember if it ever worked!! FWare is 1.2 and I couldn't find anything on SA site about any upgrades....
