Setting up an ECO4 on a TS07

So, I am trying to get a DM ECO4 set up to be viewed on a TS07 through Elk RM. I can't seem to get the settings right...the TS07 says connecting, then could not connect.

Here are my settings:

camera type: Dedicated Micros(Digital Sprite 2)
IP Address: http://192.168.2.11
Port: 80
username: user
password: password
query: /live.cgi?/camera=1&quality=hi

I can access it through the network app that comes with teh Eco 4, but the TS07 just doesn't want to work. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You mention that you can access the camera with the ECO4 application, but can you access it with a regular browser? If the camera depends on a dedicated network client in order to be able to view the feed, I doubt the ElkRM software can support this.

I can get to the camera by connecting through IE, then running their ActiveX applet to view the camera feed. I thought, however, that it was also accessable using Elk RM (as it says that it is supoprted on their website under the supported devices page for the TS07). I was just noting that I could access it, so that you knew that it was working, and available on the network.

If it is supported, then it should work  Did you add it as a video feed, or static image?

If using Dedicated Micros, you should be able to view the image with the TS07. Use the TS07 image/video setup software and select Dedicated Micros.
