Why amazon does not allow ordering from Europe?

Smarthome does. eBay does. there are couple companies in EU brought some qty wanted to resell, but don't know if they actually sold under their own name or not.

smarthome does not stock it and invoices 60 Usd for shipping. found no listing in ebay.

That is probably from EU web site, if you search both Smarthome or eBay US web site, they both have listing.

no, that is from the best worldwide search I could perform.
looks that resellers selling WC8 as remote switch for 200 EUR should be protected.

What did you search? I search "WebControl" and many of them popped up.
One thing we heard from other people from EU is that you will need to communicate with sellers to figure out most reasonable cost and safe shipping method.
Some part of EU package always get lost, majority part of EU is very reliable, so that shipping cost based on different shipping method could be quite different.

I have seen that ebay.com delivers more results than ebay.at even if you choose wordlwide on the second. But shipping is USD 50, so prohibitive. Is this for protecting resellers offering HTTP switchable relay for 200 EUR based on the WC?

I have ordered several from eBay. Send a message and get a quote for freight. I got mine shipped for $10-13 or so...
