Slingbox vs. Hava

One of my friends wants to watch US TV from London. He's looking to get either a Slingbox or a Hava. Which one should he choose? Do any of you have experience with either or both? Thanks!

Don't you still need a TV and local box to serve the video/audio up to the internet connection? Where is he envisioning the TV to be?

I have a friend that tried same between the MW BB connection and an office in London. I was not impressed with what I saw in London.

The Slingbox was in his home and the PC viewer was connected to network with mediocre wan pipes.

(side comment - you get what you pay for)

He wanted to watch a football game. He was using a standard LCD display in the office and the video was sized to about 1/4 to 1/5 of the screen.
