Solar - UV sensor

Hi Eric,

Do you have plans to implement an UV sensor, as that would really complete my 1-wire weather station.

I found a supplier in UV photo diodes, but I do not know if it can be used.

I see a lot of people asking for UV sensor for 1-wire, but I do not find a solution.

Are you planning one ?

Just bought a lot of new equipment in order to control my GENVEX system, in order not to get too low humidity during winter, where the outside temperature is - 5 C, and indside is +23C.

Eric does sell Solar raditation sensors.

You can get it added to several different sensors he sells.

I UV device has been on my To-Do list for a while now. I have been working on one off and on but don't have anything near ready. I have a few other pressing things going on right now but maybe I will get back to the UV device later this year.

So solar radiation and UV are not the same?
I guess solar radiation is sunlight intensity then?

You are correct. Our current solar device measures visible light but not the UV spectrum.

I am sure that the UV-sensor will be a really hit, as it as I said will complete the whole 1-wire station.
