Time change - 2014 - Grandstream OS IP Camera changes

Just a post relating to my Granstream OS IP camera changes relating to time.  This post is just a reminder and related to an earlier post from March, 2014.
 
I just used the self defined settings.
 
Here is mine for the Midwest.
