Turning IR commands into RF signals

I have RF triggered 12volt blinds and a 110v RF Triggered TV lift on a boat that I want to control with a Harmony 1000. Is it possible to take IR commands and turn them into RF signals or Trigger RF signals to operate my devices?

How do you trigger them now normally?

Worst case you can hardwire a relay to the devices original transmitter.

double check to see if the lift will take IR. i have done IR t.v. lifts with a 1000 and an extender.
