Two way listen in modules...

I'm still new to security systems so I'm wondering why I would need a two way listen in module. I see these for sell and I'm just not sure what people use them for.

Any ideas?

They can be used by a CS to listen in to the home upon activation of an alarm to see if they hear people in the home or to interact with the people inside the home in the event of a medical trigger or similar. You can also configure your M1 to let you dial in and listen into the home as well.
