Two-Way Voice Module

I’d like to amplify the output of the HAI two-way voice module so the speaker can
be heard on multiple floors.

I have a small amp (8 ohm) and when I connect via headphone cord from “line out” on the HAI Voice board to the amplifier, while it does amplify the voice module
I get a click sound every 4-5 seconds. Has anyone else had a similar issue? This seems to happen with multiple speakers I've tried.

I've had something similar and unfortunately that probably means you need to replace the voice module.
