Unable to solve loss of supervision on ELK 6051 CO Detector

Hi,
 
I recently installed an ELK 6051 CO Detector.
 
I keep getting a loss of supervision report but only on this device. All other two-way wireless devices are working fine in this regard.
 
The documentation doesn't say what type of supervision to use but it does say that "Loop 2" must be selected.
 
Any ideas on how to solve my problem?

Never mind. It seems ELK doesn't have a any trouble codes to report for this unit.
