UPB572 UPB Transceiver - anuone familiar with this?

Been looking for a low cost way to use RF to issue UPB commands. This product receives X-10 commands via X-10 RF compatible transmitters, maps the X-10 command over to a UPB comand/link and then sends out the UPB command/link via UPB PIM. See here

Anyone have any experience with it? Opinions?

I use them for all my RF-UPB installs. Great range and reliability. I use this at my own house and it's very solid.
