Elk has released an updated M1ZTSR temperature sensing product. It still uses the same LM34 analog chip, but the chip is now mounted to circuit board (i.e., no more RJ-45 connection). In addition, the board now uses green terminal wire blocks for all connections. The box is slightly bigger than the old version. I just replaced an older version. In discussing with Elk, the circuit board and layout have changed, but the basic sensing algorithm has not been improved.
