It appears the instructions tell you to disconnect the internal therm on the thermostat. This will allow you to have the thermostat hidden somewhere as you have the remote temp sensor where you want to measure temp. Fine. Got it. Understand that. My question is I was hoping I would put a few of these around the house just to measure temperature and have it show up somewhere other than the HVAC thermostat, ie in mainlobby or convergent living displays. Is this possible or are these sensors ONLY for use to the thermostat?
