Velleman vs Weeder vs Addicon

Anybody have pros and cons on Velleman vs Weeder vs Addicon for cheap inputs and relays? Assuming this would be used with a PC based system and would need to scale to around 100 inputs and 30 outputs, which is the cheapest, most reliable option?

I'm only familiar with Adicon - you're looking at around $800 for that number of i/o with the controller. Don't expect snappy response from the i/o

I was kind of leaning towards Weeder both in terms of cost and response time. I'm hoping somebody has some first hand experience with these boards.

Excellent scalabilty and the interface can be distributed to whereever you can run an ethernet cable. Since it is IP-based it had little dependence on hardware or software platform to which it interfaces. Here is a review http://www.automatedhome.co.uk/article1577.html
