After much searching online I found Lumen ID. They prefer to sell you their own switchplates when ordering but they just started accepting mail-in screwless since they are so much more expensive. Also they told me for safety reasons the screwless plates have a cover that stays on the wall to guard against exposed wires. For a while I was thinking of asking local laser engravers to do it but apparently it is easy to melt the plastic if they don't know what they are doing. Also the local engraves don't typically fill the engraving with paint like Lumen ID. I sent in the wall plates a week ago so I should be getting them back in another 1-2 weeks. I'm anxious to see the results.Where did you send them? Back to Lutron or some 3rd party?I also just recently sent off 2 dozen of the switchplates to have them engraved with identification labels because I can never remember which switch does what.
