I'm looking for a higher end whole house, realtime power consumption device that is similar to the brutech or TED but I want it to have built in Ethernet functionality (rather than through zigbee) also a little less bleeding edge, something with a longer track record.... I've see some high end stuff in some of my search's but wonder if anyone has some personall experience with anything out there. This would be for a 200-250amp panel using the standard split core transformers... Browser - java based monitor of measurements.

How much are you planning on spending? The TED and Brultech options are the only ones I could find under $500. The next step up was something like $2k.

Are you going to be integrating this with any 3rd party home automation system? I know some of them have support for TED and possibly Brultech. It's unlikely you're going to find support for super expensive gear.

I've got a Brultech, and I think it's great. It does require a bit more technical know-how than the TED, but you also get a lot more capability with it.
