WildBlue

This is not terribly related to HA, yet I am seeing a few issues with a Wild Blue install.
I have a contractor friend who has WildBlue internet and all of a sudden it went DOG slow! I had him put in a service ticket with WildBlue... They told him it was his router. I replaced the router(unfortunately with the same make and model) but it is still DOG SLOW!!!
ANY ideas???

Start by running a T R A C E R T from the computer to an external host like google or yahoo. T R A C E R T will report back the response times from each hop along the way. This may give you an idea where the slowdown is.

From a command prompt: T R A C E R T www.google.com <enter>
 
Wow, a simple response was very difficult to figure out how to post!

The forum gives a 501 error and no other information when unwanted words are used in a post.

Hey Admin - how about some better feedback on the posting. It took me nearly 10 minutes to figure out how the heck to post the previous message.
