A midnight a Woot deal is presented this is only one item and is usually a really awesome deal.

It goes until its sold out. Browse the forums to find out more.

I think more of these types of sales will catch on..

I monitor Woot every now and then. Never really had anyting I needed. They seem like good deals though. They sell everything from dinosaur remote controlled toys to laptops
